VALUES

DRC envisions a society in which everyone is able to reach their highest potential in mind, body, and spirit.

WHAT WE DO

DRC provides insightful and actionable data services for social sector organizations to achieve and demonstrate meaningful social impact.

Our consulting services include evaluation, research, strategic planning, behavioral interventions, database development, grant writing, public policy, and leadership development.  Our breadth and depth of experience within the social sector and academia enables us to deliver the highest quality services so you can:

  • Demonstrate that your program or policy is aligned with best practices and is evidence-based.

  • Utilize data for continuous quality improvement and attaining optimal results.

  • Creative problem-solve using the tools of research.

  • Discover innovative solutions to address social issues and support behavior change.

  • Launch a collective impact project  or coalition strategy to achieve population-level change.

  • Measure the strength of your partnerships, outcomes and return on investment.

DRC's consulting practice has been honed by over twenty years of experience conducting community-based research with nonprofits, government, universities, and community coalitions.  Our approach will maximize your organization's capacity to achieve its core mission through evidence-based methods that are tailored to your specific project requirements and stage of organizational development.

We believe that 'we must be the change we want to see in the world' through intentionally inclusive practices, policies, and institutions designed to foster equity and opportunity for everyone to thrive. Three principles undergird our approach: 1) the people closest to the problem are the closest to the solution, 2) one cannot solve a problem with the same level of thinking that created it in the first place, and 3) the ends are to be found in the means.

Our success is measured by your satisfaction and tangible results such as funding procured, organizational growth, outcome goals attained, plans successfully put into practice, partnerships strengthened, and ultimately lives transformed.
